Wellness Talk: Learning to Meditate (part 2)

The more regularly and the more deeply you meditate, the sooner you will find yourself acting always from a center of inner peace ~ J. Donald Walters

Do you find that you have memory problems, negativity, anxiety, a racing mind, worry, irritability, loneliness, isolation, depression, and the inability to relax or to concentrate on tasks? Do you feel overwhelmed, procrastinate, are you over or under eating, over or under sleeping, using of alcohol or drugs to cope, have diarrhea or constipation, nausea, dizziness, or chest pains? If so, you may be STRESSED OUT!

How can we overcome stress? Since the management of stress includes noticing the thoughts in the mind that are creating stressful feelings and emotions, we will learn at least 3 simple meditation techniques with the chance to ask questions and have a brief discussion between meditations.
