Stress: Learning the Emotional Freedom Technique:Tapping or EFT (The emotional freedom technique) is an extraordinary practice that works by stimulating the body’s meridian points, which are the same points that the body that are manipulated by acupuncturists. Studies at Harvard Medical School have shown that tapping significantly reduces activity in the amygdala, which is the part of the brain that is responsible for fear or trauma.
