JENNA Sullivan
Hello! I am a holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor and meditation teacher serving Spalding County, Gwinnett County, and surrounding areas from my sanctuary space located in downtown Griffin, and out of area/state clients via phone/zoom sessions.
I make it a priority to live a simple, heart centered, holistic life, which means that instead of focusing on just one part of health and wellbeing, I recognize that the body, the mind, and the emotions are all important components that work together to create health, vitality, and a peaceful life.
Overcoming life challenges has allowed me to have greater compassion and understanding in regards to what my clients are going through. I am honored to pass on effective coping skills to move through these situations with self love, compassion and greater ease. I have worked with clients who have struggled with PTSD, depression, anxiety, concentration issues, addictive tendencies, over-active minds. Uncovering and healing root causes is where our work will focus.

When I had the opportunity to get a masters degree in Nutrition, I very consciously chose Holistic Nutrition over Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition? Why? The reason is simple. Although I greatly respect other branches of nutrition, my decision was made because I did not want to limit her abilities as a nutritionist to just food and beverages. Although that is an important part of what I do, I also look at other aspects of my client's lifestyle including physical health AND emotional health.
When it is possible, I prefer to use natural methods of healing. I may recommend vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, essential fatty acids, adaptogens, and other supplements to help with symptoms, but I also look at the possible root causes of illness and dis-ease.
Your plan will likely include nourishing food plans and education, practices for sound sleep, plenty of water, the cultivation of consistent bowel movements, regular exercise, stress relief methods and the practicing of tools such as deep breathing, meditation, and the emotional freedom technique, all of which are successful in alleviating anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
My services are offered with love and with heart. I practice living healthy, balanced, simply and gratefully so that I can authentically give from a pure place. As a holistic nutritionist and lifestyle coach, I recognize that the body, mind and emotions all work together for our greatest good and our greatest healing.
