Someone recently said to me, "beach bodies are made in the winter." That really hit home for me, because it is so true. If we want to get in shape for the summer, we have to start now. However, this program goes far beyond the physical benefits and offers soulful, spiritual techniques and new habits to live your best life now!
Spring is coming and it offers us a time to let go of the heaviness of winter. We may feel the need to “cleanse” or “detox” with fresh-pressed juices, lots of exercise, and a strict diet. You will receive an extensive cleanse manual via email once you sign up and pay. If you join us, you are welcome to come to the orientation, but if you are not able to make it, you are welcome to call with questions prior to the cleanse start date. You will be on your own Sun Date and Sat Date, and the yoga is Mon-Friday in the mornings. If you are unable to make all of the yoga classes, you are still welcome to participate in the cleanse.

AYURVEDA NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS

Cost: Weekly or monthly seminars are 1 hour with time for Q&A at the end. $100/hour. Group lectures can be done in almost any setting: an office, a room with tables and chairs, a yoga studio, or a park.
