WHO CAN BENEFIT?
Peace sessions are designed for those who are looking to live calmer, more peaceful lives and to stop turning to external sources for comfort and relief. Anyone who feels that they have chronic high stress, is living in fight or flight mode, feels there is not enough time, or is overwhelmed, can benefit. Those with adrenal burnout, anxiety disorders, and nervous system issues will find relief here. Those who are going through life changes or challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, career crossroads, addictions, illnesses, uncomfortable feelings, or emotional turmoil. Emotional eaters will learn new ways to deal with emotions.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A PEACE SESSION?
My office is a sanctuary. Come in, have a cup of tea, sit down and relax.
These sessions include learning and practicing methods that are designed to help eliminate anxiety and frantic fight/flight mode living. You will learn deep breathing techniques, the emotional freedom technique, meditation, affirmations, positive quotes, positive self talk, journaling, slowing down, becoming aware of and changing thought patterns, accepting the things you are unable to change, and experiencing a guided deep relaxation meditation. Healing essential oils may be used and diffused.
After this program, you will have a healthy toolbox of coping skills and self soothing techniques that can be practiced anywhere, anytime and that will be your friend and companion for the rest of your life.

Session 5: Guided Deep Relaxation
PEACE SESSION PRICING
Sessions 1-5: $475
Follow Up Sessions: $75 for 1 hour
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All payments for class registrations and appointments are non-refundable. If you need to change/cancel your class time, we require 24 hours advance notice by calling/texting 619-770-9752. Classes that are canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time are forfeited.
